Life doesn't seem to always give us what we want - it seems to give us what we need! And a lot of the time, that's confusing if not painful.

I look at Counselling as growing - that safe place where we can just 'be me' and find a healthier mental and emotional place and sort out some of the confusion of life.

My practice address is a dedicated space at 9 Court Road MEDOWIE - I also use Zoom, Skype and Phone so that we can work in a way that suits you. Medowie is the 'place of tall trees' - around 30 minutes drive from Newcastle, Port Stephens, Nelson Bay, Maitland and the Lower Hunter. Plenty of free, unlimited parking.
